    We lost $55 on this piece of junk coffeemaker. It was sold as new. Bottom of coffeemaker totally busted and cracked. Appears to have been dropped at some point and then repacked and sold to us. Seller needs to confirm product he is selling before listing it. We only at first saw two broken plastic pieces but we just now noticed that the whole bottom is cracked and the metal is misaligned. In short, it was junk and we lost $55. Seller needs to pay more attention! Thanks for nothing but a loss!

    I apologized profusely for this. I had no idea as the item was new/unopened (given to me as a gift) . If I were to have opened the box then the item would not be "new" and I have sold it as "open box". This damage may have occurred during shipping, not sure. I stand by the items I sell and will do what is right to fix the issue. I complied with the requests of the buyer and provided a refund.
