When I reached out to the seller, asking her for a refund, she responded with a very nasty comment, which really surprised me. I would definitely not recommend this seller to anyone and will deal with Ebay directly to try and get a refund. I wish I had read the other bad reviews before I purchased, and then they had the audacity to blame ME for the opened product that they sent me! Not even sure if the product in the bottle is the correct product, it is a different color! Then the seller reported ME for messaging them about it! The buyer opened it herself to take a picture to try to compare the color of a brand new cream to that of hers, which was mostly empty and off white due to oxidation.
