      I cannot speak too highly of this purchase. The laptop itself is everything I hoped for, in excellent condition and 'ready to go'. Having Office Tools included in the package is a real bonus. In addition, the seller has been most helpful and concerned when the courier's tracking information was inaccurate: in fact, the laptop arrived at the time stated, and was very carefully packed. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend this seller.
