I bid on a quilt toward the end of August and seller responded back to me to negotiate the price, but would not respond to my additional three messages to get tracking after I accepted and paid .. gave me a dlvry date of no later then 9/12 when purchased and eBay made me wait till the 13th before stepping in and now is issuing a refund.
