    Purchased a vending machine from the seller and paid $500 shipping through eBay, he then delayed shipping and told me I had to send another $500 through PayPal because eBay wouldn’t release his shipping funds. I sent the extra $500 via PayPal and he then delayed shipping again and again, finally I asked for a refund and had to open a case through PayPal and eBay to get my money back. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the seller.
