PC came packed up pretty tight, no damage of the box. The problem was when I received it, it was already logged in to a generic windows account which I thought was odd, so I attempted to reset windows so I could use my own account, that didn’t work and I got an error message. Tried updating windows and that failed, tried updating drivers and that failed. Long story short it came with a corrupted copy of windows

Thank you for packaging it well so it wasn't being knocked around inside the box. We are waiting on a motherboard to install the CPU so I won't be able to tell about its working condition until later next week.
