    I warn all buyers to be cautious with or avoid this seller. From my experience, my opinion is he cannot be trusted. This Burma set was represented as MNH but instead I received a set that had been previously hinged and on most stamps the gum had been redistributed. Unlike most sellers, he does not offer immediate refund when you scan your item in for return. You have to wait until he receives it. Worst of all, he has a second one of these sets but did not offer me a replacement. Beware.

    I think eBay allows only 1 image but if I can post more I will. All the stamps were hinged. Why didn't seller offer me a replacement when he has one in stock? What condition is that one in? Also altered and misrepresented? And by the way, he put the returned set back on eBay as MNH when he knows it's damaged. Check- he has 2 of them for sale now. Caveat emptor- I only rarely leave negative feedback but I warn all buyers, this seller will not deliver quality or value. Don't get stuck. Run
