    This item arrived as described and well packed. I believe that it is a decent value for the money. The shipping cost was also within reason. The only issue that I had (NOT an issue with the seller) was that I misunderstood the description of the item due to it coming up as a match to my Ebay search for "HO scale roll-back tow truck" which sometimes shows as "flatbed tow truck" in descriptions. This is an Ebay search engine issue. Despite that, I am not disappointed that I did not cancel.
