    Sent an emial to vendor about poor packaging which resulted in some further damage to the drill during shipping. No response. Had to make some repairs to it and will be making more, but i love the tool and it seems to work great now. Price was very attractive, but may cost me a bit more to finish repairs. Shipping was rather high, it doesn't weigh that much.
