She has done this to others and this seems to be her pattern. She never communicated with me regarding this sale. Very disrespectful and dishonest! I am amazed that it took her 7 days to let me know that my order was going to be cancelled and refunded. I would have been understanding. However, due to her lack of concern, the funds have already been deducted from my bank account and it may take 5 days to receive the refund. I could have stopped the payment myself right away.
