The packaging was tight to prevent damage although a bit high for being shipped to the Hub; I do not necessarily fault this to the seller nor doli fault the seller for the little concern was this was the first doll who required a custom broker fee and that is likely the fault of EBay and not the seller. All in all I would most definitely buy from this seller again
