Not sure if that was customs (I didn't realize they were out of my country. Sorry!) or it if was a lack of padding. Either way, sadly my new lamp doesn't turn on. I'll have to hunt down a bulb for it, but, it's still a great price, even with the bulb out of commission, so I'm pleased over all!
