I'd been looking at various items, so forgot which ones offered that and which didn't. I always choose Click & Collect if possible, as the post is not very reliable where I live. That option should be easy to see when you're confirming the order; it's far too easy to forget to check. None of this is the seller's fault, of course. I cancelled the order and ordered the item again. It arrived promptly, and I'm pleased with it.
