    Did not receive the bag as pictured. Contacted seller but nothing was resolved. Did not offer to purchase a bag to complete the order. Not real happy as I had to spend another $30+ to obtain a bag directly from the company.

    Buyer contacted me, bag missing item is INAD. Responded to the buyer to make sure, tried to help. Next from the buyer they figured it's $34 somewhere and if I don't send compensation (presumably $34) the buyer will leave negative feedback. So the buyer decided to keep item and threatened me. Reported it to eBay and blocked the buyer as this is a violation of their policies. Feedback should be removed due to extortion, and retaliation. It wasn't obviously. Reason given was due to item being INAD?
