    Wow, where do I start, great company to deal with, great customer service, I brought this lovely mug, great price, to replace one I'd broke, when I received it today, very well packaged, there was a biscoff biscuit, and a tea bag in the mug, also a lovely Xmas card, thanking me for my purchase.     Items well packaged and in excellent condition, with nice note. So pleased with service from seller. However, I see that dispatch date quoted was 4th Oct, not long after order...but item arrived today - 22nd October - a long time on transit. I ordered a number of items on the same day and a further order a couple of days after. All the other parcels were sent via Royal Mail at comparative cost and arrived within a week, so maybe Evri not the promptest service to use?
