A SMART test revealed 0 hours and only two cycles of power on and off which is due to manufacturer testing. I bought 3 and will likely by more when needed!!

Packaging was better than average but wasn't quite as good as it should have been for hard drives. Bubble wrap had ruptured in places leaving the side of some drives exposed to potential impact damage at the bottom of the box. The packaging needed another layer of large bubble wrap around the entire box contents.
