The seller did give me an option to say no to the plant, which i did. After that i filed a dispute. She also tried to get me to cancel my dispute, telling me she couldn't give a refund because i had started the dispute! I told her to contact Ebay, she clearly didn't. I eventually got my money back thanks to Ebay money back guarantee. Never cancel a dispute before you settle!
