Very well packaged as outer wrapper was damaged, but inner layers were not. Inner layers were stiff enough to withstand any bending. Item arrived UNDAMAGED! Two of the four corners came in slightly 'bumped' as feared would happen if special care was not given to this heavy book. The overall packaging and padding for the book's body was fine but not sufficient to protect the corners (which are vulnerable). I've shipped over 30k books across multiple platforms, and am quite comfortable that this book was amply protected.
