    Unfortunately, my experience with this seller has been disappointing. The item wasn’t quite right, so I returned it. I sent it back with proof of postage (not tracked — my mistake), and I believe it has since arrived. However, the seller has stopped responding to my messages and has not issued a refund, claiming they never received the return. To make matters worse, I’ve noticed the exact same coat relisted on their eBay page. Very disappointed with the lack of honesty and communication.
