    Do not purchase from this seller. Purchased a pack of three “new” GE refrigerator water filters and two came new in plastic wrap one came filthy and dirty with no plastic wrap. I reached out to buyer and they said I could send it back and they would replace. I’m not paying to ship back an item that I didn’t receive as described. Do not recommend.

    Hello and sorry for the trouble you have had as we try to please all of our customers. As mentioned to you prior, we get the parts new and directly from the OEM supplier (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and we only needed you to return the parts as sent to you. We, then, would send them to the supplier and they would've sent another one back to us. Then, we would've sent you the new box of filters. We aren't here to upset our customers, as we were only trying to return what you've returned.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER, I ordered part #W11607637 which was in the eBay listing, the seller sent me part #w11578563 which is the old model that was discontinued by whirlpool due to the part being faulty. Definitely shady of the seller to list correct part number and send customers old faulty units. Contacting eBay to get refund. AVOID THIS SELLER. Not worth the money

    Hello and sorry for the trouble you may be having in understanding the Whirlpool OEM system. We are Authorized Servicers of Whirlpool, receive parts from them and other OEM suppliers that understand the process. We have verified your complaint with Whirlpool and our OEM suppliers (which, also, all get the parts directly from Whirlpool) and they've all said the original part number(W11578563) will be on the new board casing.     Box arrived quickly, (less than a week!) and in good shape. The part number on the box was the new part number but the part in the box had an older part number. Nonetheless, it was the correct part.
