Had she contacted us she would have had a shipping label. Ebay doesn't ignore buyers. Buyer went straight to her credit card because she thought they wouldn't make her send the item back. Once her own CC told her to send back the item she started threatening me because now she had to pay to ship it back. (that's what happens when you try to cheat). At that point I asked to not to contact me any longer. I don't have to be verbally attacked.
