Should've had more bubble wrap and had cardboard wrapped around it or in a box. Many gouges in the plastic wrapper 2 of which were enough to chip the paint showing silver underneath. It was the last bat in that size available also because returning is such a pain. We've decided to keep it as it's cosmetic damage. Such a shame though. Are you willing to do anything to help with this matter?
