Instead they fail to apologize and say I should be patient and wait 10-12 days and they will send it. Of course they are hoping I'll either forget or give up and go away. When they responded to me. They responded in pigeon English and it made no sense. Buyers, stay away from this company. Packaging was garbage, put into bubble wrap, rolled up in a ball and cellotape.
