The seller went above and beyond shipping it out the next day and packaging it in bubble wrap to make sure that the glass pieces did not break at all during the shipping process. This product is well above the description, as she was unable to get it to work correctly. I feel so bad that she was unable to get it to work because the product has no issues! It works amazingly!
