WARNING of this seller ...Reply from: swiffy_gems- Feedback replied by seller swiffy_gems.- Feedback replied by seller swiffy_gems.I was in communication with the buyer repeatedly. eBay's international customs declaration form did not print correctly and was held at the post office. eBay would not allow reprinting as the time to download and print the form & shipping label had expired. I offered buyer to re-purchase the item and honoring their winning bid price so that I would be able to get a new customs form & shipping label without having to pay shipping twice. Buyer did not reply after refund and instead left feedback.
