However, the waistband and legs elastic were more worn and stretched out than was described; legs to not stay down and waistband sags so skirt does not stay up. Skirt length also was not provided in description; it's too long. I would not have purchased this if I'd had the opportunity to inspect it first. Unfortunately, the seller does not accept returns.
