- u***d (186)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchasePurchased to replace a DELL Latitude 7410 screen, even though the original model was not touch screen it included the connections on the motherboard to support the touch screen. After connecting the touch screen the laptop screen worked fine but the touch did not until I installed the latest BIOS update 1.41.0 and a cumulative update which updated the chipset drivers for the laptop. Now it is working perfectly.
