After checking for loose connectors and other signs of damage, I contacted the seller to advise of the situation and figure out where we would go from here. However, even though I was disappointed the unit didn't work correctly, I must say the seller was very accommodating and allowed me to return the unit. I really must say this is an honest and honorable seller. I would have no issues with making purchases from him in the future. Thank You
