    When I try to refund this buyer, Ebay's system doesn't allow me. I have called Ebay several times, left messages, sent emails, however there doesn't seem to be a living person working there. It's absolutely frustrating. It call came from the fact that I have moved to another city and most of my porcelains were still in boxes. When the buyer paid, I went for the Derby pieces, which were broken. This situation had never happened to me before in the long years I have been selling on Ebay.
