The parcel arrived yesterday, Aug. 11th. I requested to have the bag packed well to prevent any damage on the purse and leather. It was packed in the plastic envelope but the bag was not stuffed. Good thing this Longchamp bag is resilient enough that it didn’t wrinkle nor ruin the leather while being squished in that packing material. Overall, it was an okay experience
