In truth, they can't even handle a modern, lightweight LED light (a fraction of the intended use weight). They would make a good ornamental stand for your home, just be prepared to add a screw or three to fasten the metal straps to the legs: they slip down during use. We have sold over 150 so far on this listing. We sell them to Robe Lighting CZ who have taken hundreds over the years. We also supply them with our own Strand Lights which are approx 3Kg in weight. For example "Super quality item and fits my Strand light perfectly, looks and feels very high end - will definitely be back for anything else I need in future" No space to fit anymore in but they are in the same vain.
