The thing runs smooth as butter! The item ended up arriving late, but that is no fault of the seller. Be patient. It will come by freight. It may be delayed a day or two so just plan ahead and have a few extra days set aside and make sure you set up appointment with the shipping company once you get tracking number and it arrives at your local terminal!

I have a WateRower S1, so i had to do minor MacGyvering (15 minutes), seat was meant for a M1 but I knew that. I'm happy with my experience, totally satisfied.

The upper left order of the plastic frame was hit by something hard and crushed the plastic outer frame, and the glass display panel has 2 major cracks in it crossing the screen from that contact. But it seems to work, so I guess I'll count my blessings that it at least still works.
