      Due to poor packaging (no box, only bubble wrap) the plastic bottle split open during shipping. This made a mess of the package and more than half of the shampoo was lost. When notified, the seller offered a partial refund which was promptly sent. The bottle was unsealed, raising question of repack/authenticity as well. Disappointing transaction.
