      The description was shown with 2 items which I thought I was purchasing, when received there was only one item it was packaged in a bubble bag and broken. I contacted the seller and expressed my concerns about the 2 items. the one item arrived broken. I asked for a call tag to be sent out and was told to go through USPS insurance. I do not have access to this and asked again for a call tag.He offered me a partial refund which was not acceptable. I was told he was done and have a nice weekend.

      NOTHING IN THE AD STATED TWO CABOOSES IT STATES CABOOSE ONE.THE BUYER WAS TOLD TO RETURN IT/BUYER REFUSED THE PARTIAL SO EBAY GAVE BACK THE FULL AMOUNT.THE BUYER HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING LOL LOL BUYER SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE PARTIAL REFUND.THE SELLER JUST FILED FOR THE USPS WEBSITE INSURANCE THE SELLER IS COVERED.
