The seller wouldn't respond for hours, turns out the seller forgot to post a main part of the camera so my car was stuck in the garage for nearly two days. I had to pay £120 labour and the mechanic was unable to do the camera without the lead. Asked seller for a refund but only refunded me £25 towards the labour fees, seller kept blaming the mechanic.Reply from: jumpst- Feedback replied by seller jumpst.- Feedback replied by seller jumpst.First of all i did make a mistake and sent the part out on a 24 hour next day delivery,It was a mistake and it was sorted quickly,The only communication issue was the mechanic responding to me quickly,The mechanic had never fitted a reverse camera before,He didn't even know how to attach a cable to the reverse light! I also spent a lot of time going through how to activate the camera with him,I offered you £25 a gesture of good will towards the install,£120 for the complete install is reasonable
