    The item arrived in good condition and works perfectly, I’m very happy with the product itself. However, I had already paid $50 for shipping, and the seller later asked for an additional $32 due to a "remote area surcharge." While I understand shipping can be unpredictable, such costs should be included upfront. Overall, the product is great and the communication was polite, but unexpected extra cost requests can be concerning. Thanks again!
