It arrived smashed &ruined.If wrapped&taped wheels &fragile areas with padding & sturdy box this would not have happened.His response to me was abhorrent &threatening! He promised revenge if I gave him a neg review stating he would respond negatively about me in return.My time & energy is wasted returning this garbage. It belongs in a junkyard!
