It was packed in a box which was way too small, especially since the vintage, fragile, and brittle wires were ready to break as I tried to straighten out the flowers and leaves (which were ready to detach themselves from the wires. However, this seller had the listing marked "returns not acceptable" and rectified the problem. I was refunded. I respect her actions. Thank you.
