Some slight cleaning was needed due to residual thermal paste, looked almost new afterwards. The i7-3770K was a substantial upgrade from the i5-3570. My SIL is very happy with the CPU.

As many have mentioned i got no response so i had to file for a return (they make the buyer pay shipping so thats almost not worth the hassle on an item of this price). In the end they did a refund without before i had a chance to ship back the one good stick of memory so im leaving a positive feedback. If they answer messages they would do much better.
