It involved a whole process with zip files and a FAT32 G thumb drive. Unfortunately you don’t know this information until AFTER you download then upload the file. Then print out an addendum post upgrade which tells you EXACTLY how to perform the upgrade step-by-step. I don’t wish this on anyone! “ Formatting my thumb drive” didn’t do the job!!
