It was open on two ends and when I pulled it out of the box, the bowl slid out of one end and smashed on the floor!!!!! I couild't believe it!😱 Sooo, I'll be ordering another one at some time in the future. Sure hope you have one. I could tell the bowl was carefully padded and packed with care. However, I would recommend tapping the bubble wrap on all sides so it can't slip out!! Thanks so much! I have pictures, but don't know how to upload them
