I put an ammeter to monitor Amperage being pulled at 25.6V and it was shutting off at ~38 amps. I messaged the seller, and they blamed my installation. I tried to explain that it's advertised for 60 Amps continuous, but they wouldn't have it and blamed the install. I just want a product that is as advertised, and this one is not. There's other sellers that sell exact product under same manufacturer and description

I informed the company about it and they said with the cost of shipping they’ll just credit my account and don’t worry about returning them. They were great for doing that.
