After trying lots of things, I retrieved my old Orbit that didn’t work anymore as the dial broke on it. I replaced your battery case with mine as it obviously wasn’t going to work as the metal pieces would not touch. Now it worked but leaked bad. I replaced my old gasket into yours and hooked it up and works fine so far. I would appreciate a fair refund as this item would not have work Thank you. Karen W
