The US carrier delayed transit wanting an additional $15 for import duties and taxes. It was paid but refunded a week later - no explanation. Confusion was no doubt created by an ancient, vile, contemptible, bloated orange thing. Upon crossing the border, a postal delivery strike was renewed causing a further delay. The item was as described and well packed.
