Cost would have been good had UPS not decided to pass the goods through Spanish customs, despite the item landing first in the EU in Germany. I paid VAT upfront to avoid this event. Then I paid 39 euros in fees , over 50% to UPS. The first time that has happened in my last 20plus deliveries.
