When I receive this laptop I notice the outer layers has few scuffs. What I found disgusting was how the keyboard was super dirty, I wished that they have done further cleaning, which made me further worry about the overall condition. I was able to get a partial refund. This is not mean’t to be a bad feedback but more so about the review on a refurbished laptop. TL;DR: pricing is really great, but the appearance wasokay.
