The dvd box set exterior and interior, being made of paper / non plastic material arrived completely crushed. The DVDs in the box set were separated by paper sleeves as well, its a miracle none of them broke in the process. I had to remove the dvds and put each in their own plastic hard case. In addition, due to the poor handling and packaging of the order, 3 of the DVDs got scratched in the process.
