    I am very sorry for the misunderstanding, I have attached a photo of the listing description that says "I HAVE A NEW NEVER USED , BRACKET MOUNTED TO BOTTOM BUT NEVER USED. DOES NOT COME WITH WIRING ETC. SEE PHOTOS FOR INCLUDED ITEMS." I feel i described the item correctly, if the item arrived damaged there is a $100 insurance on the package and you can file a claim and get your money back. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding
