The Cherry G84-5200 wired keyboard is a custom-designed, all black mechanical keyboard with a full layout and compact, ultra-slim profile. Cherry is known for making reliable and technically designed accessories, and their durably designed key switches will last years. The G84-5200 keyboard keeps precious space on your desk in check while also allowing for a comfortable typing experience. The full layout and attached number keypad make this a great computer for your home or work office. If you more often use your computer away from your desk, the slim design of this keyboard takes up little space and makes it easy to take with you. This keyboard consists of 103 black keys. It has a full QWERTY layout as well as a full numerical keypad. The Cherry series of keyboards are famous for their technical design and durable build. Each mechanical key switch is designed to handle repeated heavy use and give consistent response. The strong feedback of the key switches, while fairly noisy, makes for comfortable typing with fewer errors. The keys themselves are also comfortably designed and are laser etched to ensure that the labels do not wear off. The number pad is great for data entry if you need a keyboard for work, and the significant give and immediate feedback of the mechanical keys will again minimize errors as the keys move significantly and sound a mechanical click when you type. Additionally, the G84-5200 keyboard has a full row of function keys and four full-sized arrow keys for scrolling and game play. This Cherry keyboard works in most conditions and with most computer operating systems. It has a minimum operating temperature of 0 degrees Celsius and a maximum operating temperature of 60 degrees Celsius. It is compatible with most computers as long as they have a USB or PS/2 Combo port. The Cherry G84-5200 is designed to withstand even harsh environments, and its key switches are rated at 20 million strokes. Accessories included with the Cherry G84-5200 keyboard and attached USB cable are a PS/2 adapter and an owner’s manual with product information and warranty conditions. This keyboard looks good on your desk and give you a full keyboard layout without taking up too much space. Its ultra-slim profile and compact overall design also make it ideal for a mobile keyboard since it fits easily into computer bags and backpacks. It measures 15 by 5.47 by 0.79 inches and weighs only 1.3 pounds. It connects to your computer via a 3.5-meter USB 2.0 interface cable and can be adapted to work with a PS/2 Combo Interface. The Cherry G84-5200 has a compact overall form factor and ultra-slim design while remaining comfortable to type on. The mechanical switches signature to the Cherry keyboard series give solid feedback to minimize errors, and they increase the lifespan of the keyboard.
