Item shipped August 7th after we opened an item not received case. They did not even purchase a shipping label until after we asked when it would ship. And then they still did not ship until we could open a case. Nice laptop except the corner is busted in and the two halves do not fit together properly. The screen was snapped out of place. Packaging was excellent so it did not happen during shipping. Not a fun experience.
